- If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full fee for your appointment time if the slot cannot be filled. (Emergency cancellations are determined at the school’s discretion.)
- Sessions begin and end at the appropriate times. Sessions begun late, due to your late arrival, will end at the appointed time, and you will be charged the full price.
