Our mission is to provide the industry’s best therapeutic massage in a professional and inviting environment. We create an inviting, relaxing and professional experience. We offer special pricing on packages, as well as memberships to our Wellness Program, which will encourage clients to visit at least once monthly. We also take insurance. We advertise heavily and average over 60 new clients monthly. At Elements, you will be an employee, not contract, and have a great benefits package. Our therapists must be able to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week, for 4-7 hours per shift and 4-6 massages per shift. Newly hired therapists earn an average of $17 per 55-minute massage, plus tips, which typically bring the pay amount to approximately $27, but may easily be more. After your probationary period you may be eligible for an increase. All of our therapists must carry their own liability insurance from ABMP, AMTA or other similar organizations. We provide: Clients, Marketing, Administrative Support, Linens, Lotions and Oils. In addition, we provide a comfortable environment conducive to healing and relaxation. 11/12/10: Newcastle & Bothell: I am Monica Scott. I am a massage therapist working at a Chiroparctic clinic in Mountlake Terrace (North Seattle). I have had this wonderful job for a year and am working at my full capacity. The clinic is in need of another therapist and I have been given much of the responsibility to hire someone. Our ideal candidate is: reliable and responsible time conscious has integrity is passionate about injury rehabilitation is able to assertively re-book clients. The hours are flexible. We are looking for someone to work afternoons and evenings MWF (pick two) and our goal is to open up Saturday mornings from 8-12. We will do what we need to do to get our new therapist credentials with the insurance companies. All supplies are provided. All billing and most scheduling is covered by our office manager. We do our own laundry on site. The position is as an employee and starts at $25.00 an hour to be raised when the therapist shows an ability to do the job and develop a regular clientelle. Provide treatment massage, conduct evaluations, manage patient care that meets APT production standards, document all clinical activity including evaluations, daily notes, status reports, discharge notes and utilization reviews, confer with referral sources, insurance company representatives, vocational counselors, legal offices and other pertinent parties to appropriately manage patient care and communicate with patients and other pertinent parties effectively. Needed: certificate from accredited massage therapy school, active Washington State license, friendly customer service attitude, professional appearance, outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to work until 7pm and travel between clinics. Credentialed with insurance plans preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits that include health, dental, life and disability insurances, continuing education budget, multiple bonus opportunities, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays and 401k plan.
