Come and reinvent your signature massage by learning the theory and practical applications of blending essential oil and massage crèmes into a custom full body aromatherapy massage. Every oil and every person has a vibrational frequency, so how do we know which essential oil is better to use on each client? Learning to understand the various properties of the essential oils and each one’s unique vibration, you will discover how to properly blend oils to match and enhance the body’s own special frequencies. Come and learn from the very best how to apply oil properly and perform a full body aroma massage in supine and prone positions. All aspects of preparation and finishing a custom aromatherapy massage will be covered including specific massage strokes.

Today, most people are aware that stress is stored in our facial muscles and thus the demand is increasing exponentially for anti-aging facial and scalp massage. In this class we will focus our massage on these stress-laden muscles such as the occipitalis, temporalis, orbicularis oculi, and the masseter using massage lotions and creams and proven massage techniques to tighten, tone and lift facial muscles. The products that will be used to demonstrate the facial massage for these key benefits will be discussed for anti-aging, detox and dehydration. Customized, advanced massage strokes geared to these specific goals will be covered. Specific circular, linear and light/deep stroke variations will be used on targeted scalp and neck muscles to tonify these muscles as well as stimulate normal facial physiology. After completing this class, students will be able to do an anti-aging facial massage, within the scope of their full body relaxation massage, retail products used in the session, and be able to customize a face, head and scalp wellness massage.

Foot and hand massage has a tremendous relaxing effect on the body. Each foot has over 7,200 nerve endings in communication with the spinal cord and brain. The 12 main energy meridians in acupressure start or end on the fingers, toes, and feet. In this class we will show you hand and foot massage techniques that can be customized for your clients to incorporate the following benefits: anti-aging, herbal, hydrating, and detox. After completing this class students, will be able to demonstrate a step by step procedure using advanced hand and foot massage strokes in combination with specific beneficial massage lotions and crèmes designed to meet each client’s individual needs. Foot bath, paraffin and other healing hydrotherapy techniques will be included as well as proper set up, clean up and successful retail of products utilized in the session massage strokes.
